A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were a bonus.

Garden was lovely.

The setting was marvellous and amazing, in the centre of the town. We didn't feel like leaving, would definitely recommend.

It was made for one night. Staff were helpful, I loved them all, no complains at all, had a wonderful stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Ivel Mill. The deluxe double room with the open plan Kitchen and Lounge was so homely and inviting. The view of the river from my room was simply lovely. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. Looking forward to coming back for Lisa's Birthday in November and my Birthday in April.

The staff at the Ivel Mill were so attentive and accommodating. They made me feel so comfortable and nothing was too much trouble.

Reasonably priced for facilities provided. Perfectly situated for work trip in quiet lane with river behind property. Spacious for one/two people. Had everything we needed. Easy check-in, clear instructions.

It is situated in the centre of Biggleswade. There’s beautiful garden too.

The location was magnificent and incredible, we could drive to Carp Lake in about 5 minutes.

stayed here again in biggleswade and Ivel Mill didn't disappoint! Gorgeous apartment by the river with modern decor. Comfortable bed, smooth check-in/out process. Can't wait to book again!

Stayed here with my husband and overall really enjoyed this apartment. It had a magnificent setting so close to restaurants, and the river.

The apartment is in a great location, close to restaurants and all amenities. It is also conveniently situated near Jordan's Mill down the river and Old Warden airfield. the rooms and bathroom were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. the apartment had all the necessary facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The pillows were too soft for our liking, but this is subjective and may not be an issue for everyone.

We found everything we needed in this cosy and comfortable flat. the decor and furnishings were tasteful and of excellent quality. the owners thoughtfully provided all the amenities we could ask for. the flat had a lovely view of the river, adding to the homely and inviting atmosphere.

We felt great during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

Flat in Biggleswade, very good place for celebrating birthday. Kitchen area with a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The place is short walk to the river, the centre of town and shops restaurants. It has quiet bedroom with river view to enjoy.

The apartment had a modern and stylish design, with a spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The bedroom was cozy and the bed was comfortable, leading to a good night's sleep. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient, with key safe and parking details provided beforehand. The location by the river was lovely and added to the overall ambiance of our romantic escape.

We experienced some plumbing issues during our stay. The noises from flushing the toilet and using the shower were quite embarrassing and disruptive.
